Different appliances can be made depending upon the type that best suits you.These appliances help you to keep your airway open by repositioning your lower jaw forward during sleep. 

If snoring is keeping you or your partner from having a good nights’ sleep or if you have medically diagnosed sleep apnoea these appliances are comfortable, easy to wear, very portable and relatively inexpensive.
